  3. Pricing and Availability: Prices, minimum order quantities, product descriptions, case packs, colors, sizes, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information; however, errors may occur. Always Bargain reserves the right to correct errors, update pricing, limit quantities, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information. 

  4. Orders and Payment: Orders must meet any applicable minimum order requirements. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless written credit terms have been approved by Always Bargain. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, or other methods listed at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is approved and the order is accepted. 

  5. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs, delivery timelines, carriers, and service options may vary based on destination, order size, product availability, and carrier requirements. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier or shipping address, subject to applicable law. 

  6. Returns, Exchanges, and Claims: All claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery, along with supporting information such as order number, photos, and packaging details. Returns or exchanges may require prior authorization. Certain items, including clearance items, seasonal goods, custom products, opened merchandise, or final-sale items, may not be eligible for return. Approved refunds or credits may be subject to inspection, restocking fees, and return shipping requirements. 

  7. Product Use and Compliance: Customers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their intended use and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, labeling rules, resale restrictions, and import or export requirements. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Always Bargain is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, purchase of products, shipping delays, product availability, or inability to use products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim. 

  10. Changes to Terms: Always Bargain may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to future use of the website and future orders. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. 

  11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Always Bargain operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and any dispute resolution terms provided by Always Bargain.
